In the centre are shops, one belonging to Gus Mason carpenter shop and wheelwright, the other is C. Pennicott bakery or shoemakers ? The Fox and Hounds pub is on the right-centre. Tiled roofing. Brick chimneys. Southdowns in background. Postmarked 6 September 1904. Postcard sent from Lottie to Mrs Sharpe, Clayton Cottage, Birdham.
