Full descriptionHeene Terrace, Worthing. General view from the south west showing all of Heene Terrace with The Heene (later West Worthing Hotel, then Burlington Hotel) at the far right, shortly after construction was completed in 1865. Designed by G. A. Dean in yellow brick and stucco. Four storeys, balconies with ironwork on first floor, dormer windows along most of the facade, porticoes supported by columns. Lamp post just visible on extreme right. Low wooden post-and-rail fence on thecorner of the road at left.
