Full descriptionParish Church of St James the Less, Lancing. Etching with colour added by hand. View across churchyard with gravestones and tombs to southeast side of roughcast flint church. Low tower with pyramidal cap. Tile and stone roofs, buttress on right. Outer doorway of porch dates from 12th century. The church was almost totally rebuilt in the late 13th century. People in the graveyard. The Red House? is on the left. Unsigned and undated.
