Full descriptionChurch and houses in snow, Ferring. General view across road to churchyard with gravestones, church, and house lightly covered with snow. St Andrew's parish church, rough-cast with porch and bell-turret. Building in background, Ferring Grange, has dormer windows and chimneys with rows of chimney-pots. Ferring Grange was then the home of the Henty family. Most of the Grange burned down in 1946, though parts of the building survived. Postcard postmarked 12 November 1907, sent to Mrs White, 21 Church Street, Littlehampton. Message to "Dearest Mother" signed "Fortu".
